At Raptor Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
